Location Description: Small one floor apartment consisting of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom. There
are adjacent apartments on both sides. There are no adjacent apartments above or to the rear.
Paranormal Activity Reported: Tina* moved into the apartment in August of 2009. Tina stated things were quiet in the
apartment until her 27 year old daughter moved in about four months ago. Since then numerous things have happened, such
as:
  • •        Whispers, which sound like a male, are heard from the couch in the living room.
  • •        A woodsy smelling men’s cologne is smelled in the living room.
  • •        Occasionally there is a smell of cookies in the apartment.
  • •        An apparition of a man has been seen in the living room and hall.
  • •        The temperature has dropped 20 degrees in the master bedroom.
  • •        The clanging of pots and pans has been heard coming from the kitchen.
  • •        There have been knockings on the front door and when answered, no one is there.
  • •        Doors have opened and closed.
  • •        A remote which is kept in the spare bedroom has unexplainable been moved to the living room.
  • •        Tina has felt a pressure on her bed in the master bedroom.
  • •        Both Tina and her daughter have seen “spirits” in different houses they have lived at in the past.
  • •        A friend of the daughter, committed suicide 5 years ago. They think the haunting could be him.

Investigative Evidence:  Investigators reviewed all the photographs, video and audio. Nothing was captured on any of the
recording equipment that can be classified as paranormal.

Some of the occurrences that Tina has experienced could possibly be explained. The whispers, cologne, cookies, pots and pans,
doors opening and closing and door knockings could be coming from the adjacent apartments. While investigators were
investigating, it was noted that you could hear, very clearly, people talking in the adjacent apartment. This is not the only
explanation, but a possible one. However, it does not explain the temperature drops, apparitions, moving remote control and
pressure on the bed.

Results of Investigation:
79 digital photographs taken.
4 hours 46 minutes of video.
2 hours 48 minutes of audio.
