Location Description: Two-thousand, three-hundred and two (2302) square foot, two story bungalow, built around 1860, consisting of a den,
dining room, parlor, play room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one half bath. There is an unfinished basement.
Paranormal Activity Reported: Dale and Tina* have been renting the home since May 2009.
The following are unexplained occurrences that have been reported by Dale and Tina.
• Bananas that were on a kitchen counter were thrown onto the floor by unseen hands. This was witnessed by Tina.
• A ball, with flat sides, was observed in the kitchen, rolling on its own, following one of their children as she walked by.
• The children have been heard laughing upstairs, when they should have been asleep.
• A television in the playroom shut off on its own just as Dale was reaching to turn it off.
• Knockings and scratching are heard in the walls, especially in the center of the house.
Investigative Evidence: During the pre-investigation there were two, what sounded like large “booms” heard coming from inside the house.
At first it was thought that snow was falling off the roof, but no evidence could be found indicating that happened.
At one point during the investigation, Greg was sitting on a chair at the end of the dining room table holding a digital camera in his right
hand, when it felt like something was trying to pull the camera from his hand.
Investigators reviewed all the photographs, video, audio and personal experiences. Besides some minor knocks and bangs that were heard,
nothing captured can be classified as paranormal. It cannot be determined if the incident with the digital camera mentioned above is
paranormal in nature.
At this time it is WPI’s opinion that there is not enough evidence to classify this house as being haunted. Follow-up investigations would be
needed in an attempt to gather more concrete evidence.

409 digital photographs taken.
29 hours 27 minutes of video.
9 hours 53 minutes of audio.
* Names have been changed.
