Private Residence
Shaker Hts., Ohio
Location:             Private residence in Shaker Heights, OH
Date:                     June 21, 2008
Investigators:    John, Bea, Kathy, Greg, Amy, Jake & Andrew

Location Description: Twenty-three hundred, fifty-five (2355) square foot, two story colonial, built in 1955, consisting
of a living room, dining room, kitchen, den, laundry room and half bath on the first floor. Four bedrooms and two full
baths on the second floor and a finished basement. There is also a two car attached garage plus a full attic.

Paranormal Activity Reported: Dale and Tina* purchased the home in July 2002.

Tina states when she is in the basement she will hear what sounds like someone running through the area of the
kitchen. She states this happens pretty often. Tina feels the Cleveland RTA Trains that run just north of the house
may be the cause of this. Note: the RTA train tracks are .21 miles north of the house.

Tina also states sometimes she will see shadows in the hallway, out of the corner of her eye, when she is sitting on the
sofa in the den watching television

On one occasion she heard children laughing, however she thinks it is possible the laughing was coming from outside.

When Dale and Tina purchased the home, the previous owners disclosed there were strange noises in the house, which
they thought was possibly the house settling.

Dale has seen nor heard anything unusual since living in the house.

Investigative Evidence: The only, unexplainable occurrences happened with the investigators electronic equipment. A
total of five devices (four video devices and one audio device) either stopped recording or simply shut off. This did not
happen in one location, but several locations throughout the house. This is the first time in any investigation that this
many devices quit working. It is unknown what caused the devices to quit working.

The only personal experiences that occurred were the feelings in several of the rooms during the pre-investigation and
the shuffling noises heard in the upstairs hallway. During the pre-investigative tour, several of the investigators
experienced feelings of “energy” in several places.

Investigators reviewed all the photographs, video and audio. Nothing that can be classified as paranormal was
captured.

It is in WPI’s opinion that there is not enough evidence to classify this house as being haunted. Follow-up
investigations would be needed in an attempt to gather more concrete evidence.

Results of Investigation:
260 digital photographs taken.
20 hours 56 minutes of video.
6 hours 19 minutes of audio.
